SERVICE GUARANTEE

Green Jets Incorporated (Greenjets) hereby offers this $10,000 service Guarantee (The Guarantee). The Guarantee will be paid when Greenjets fails to provide seats on private jets for qualified Greenjets service as defined by the specific terms and conditions contained herein, which must be met in their entirety to invoke The Guarantee. Greenjets does not own or operate aircraft and is not a direct or indirect aircraft carrier. Greenjets arranges flights for clients, and all flight services are provided by independent FAA Part 135 licensed aircraft charter operators. The Guarantee is expressly limited by contractual conditions imposed by the operators for particular flights and seats thereon, including policies regarding service provision, delays, cancellations, duty time, weather, safety, or conditions beyond the control of the operator or Greenjets which may delay or cause a flight to be cancelled.


  1. The Guarantee requires:

    1. For On-Demand (no Greenjetcard membership) service, that clients provide a fully executed Quote to Greenjets not less than seven (7) days in advance of the indicated departure date on the Quote, together with all required forms, ID, Credit Card and other such required documents and information, and comply with all Greenjets procedures to open an Account with Greenjets, and also receive confirmation of travel arrangements as required by Greenjets, in the form of the Quote executed by Greenjets which will be considered received by the client when sent by Greenjets back to the client, fully executed.

    2. For Greenjetcard members service, clients provide a fully executed Quote to Greenjets two (2) full business days in advance of the indicated departure date on the Quote, have an established account with Greenjets, be in good standing according to all Greenjetcard membership rules and regulations, and receive confirmation in the form of the Quote executed by Greenjets which will be considered received by the client when sent by Greenjets back to the client, fully executed.

  1. Greenjets will pay $10,000 in the event:

    1. Seats promised and confirmed by Greenjets are not available for flight service according to the itinerary confirmed by Greenjets as provided herein including provision for any itinerary flexibility requirements contained in the Quote and Account Holder or Membership Agreement executed by client and modified and amended as provided for such modification and amendment from time to time. In no event shall a deviation from the indicated departure itinerary, time or airport in the Quote, modified within the flexibility parameters allowed per the Quote and Account Holder or Membership Agreement and Greenjets policies invoke The Guarantee as defined herein.

    2. Greenjets confirms, per the executed Quote, service between qualified markets that are open for shared-ride or private jet seat service, limited to shared-ride or private jet seat service as opposed to aircraft charter, whereby Greenjets in its sole discretion limits markets and opens markets according to its sole discretion and may close markets if in its sole discretion demand is not sufficient. In no event shall Greenjets be obligated, and Greenjets shall not provide a confirmation as described herein for service to or from a market that is not open for service.

    3. There is no justified cause for not providing service, including but not limited to delayed or cancelled flights whereby Greenjets may or may not provide client with alternate or replacement service pursuant to the provisions regarding delayed or cancelled flights (not by the client) referenced in the Quote and Account Holder or Membership Agreement, in which cases The Guarantee is not invoked.

  2. Other General Terms and Conditions:

    1. The Guarantee is limited and shall not be in effect if any flight is delayed or cancelled by the aircraft operator, for any reason including but not limited to safety, weather, factors beyond the control of the operator or Greenjets, ATC, National Security or similar reason.

    2. The Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions, limitations and restrictions as outlined herein which must be met in their entirety.

    3. If for any reason Greenjets determines in its sole discretion that a client is “gaming the system” instead of arranging travel, at the sole discretion of Greenjets.

    4. Clients shall be limited to three (3) Guarantee claims per calendar month, and any modifications, changes or cancellation made to an existing booking will result in voiding The Guarantee.

    5. All trip requests and Quotes including required documentation are subject to Greenjets’ verification and acceptance. Greenjets decisions are final. Clients requesting service and/or invoking a claim for The Guarantee fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by Greenjets' decisions. Greenjets will not grant any payment under The Guarantee that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made in bad faith.

    6. The Guarantee will be remitted net of payment for service as required and indicated on the confirmed Quote. In the event client has not paid for service in full per the terms of the Quote and the Account Holder or Membership Agreement prior to the payment of the Guarantee, The Guarantee shall be paid net of the amount owed for the service. In the event client has paid for service in full per the terms of the Quote and the Account Holder or Membership Agreement prior to the payment of the Guarantee, The Guarantee shall be $10,000.00.

    7. Greenjets reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue The Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability. Greenjets’ failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The terms contained in the Greenjets Quotes, Account Holder Agreement and Membership Agreement are made a part of these Terms and Conditions. Greenjets reserves the right to modify and amend terms and conditions, at any time according to its sole discretion.

    8. Payment will be made within 60 days of receipt of a claim under The Guarantee, and shall be made by company check in US funds.

    9. The Guarantee is void where prohibited.
